Resumo: Due to the great need for pharmacotherapeutic intervention for the treatment of the new coronavirus, research on the possible drug interactions present in this drug kit, in order to analyze the drug interactions of drugs used to treat COVID-19, as directed by the Ministry of Health and drugs most used by the risk group. Therefore, it is necessary to list the drugs indicated for the treatment of COVID-19 in Brazil, according to guidelines from the Ministry of Health, investigate possible drug-drug interactions that affect the drugs that make up the combo used to treat against COVID-19, evaluate the relationships between drugs to fight the virus and drugs most used by risk groups. Then, a research of drug interactions is carried out between the drugs in the kit and the drugs most used by risk groups, using drugs.com to check interactions and RENAME 2020 to collect drugs used by risk groups. Therefore, it appears that in the analysis of 39 drugs, in 15 interactions were discovered, which imposes the observation that the association of these drugs with each other, or with other medications for continuous use of patients represents an important risk during the pharmacological therapy of COVID-19.

Para tanto, é necessário elencar os medicamentos indicados para o tratamento da COVID-19 no Brasil, segundo diretrizes do Ministério da Saúde, investigar possíveis interações medicamento-medicamento que incidem nos fármacos que compõem o combo utilizado para tratar contra a COVID-19, avaliar relações dos medicamentos para combate do vírus com medicamentos mais utilizados pelos grupos de risco. Realiza-se, então, uma pesquisa de interações medicamentosas entre os medicamentos do kit e os medicamentos mais utilizados pelo grupos de risco, utilizando o site Drugs.com para checar as interações e a RENAME de 2020 para coleta dos medicamentos utilizados pelo grupo de risco.
