Hyperjudicialization affects the credibility of the Brazilian justice service. Reality denounces the negative effects of this phenomenon. This paper aims to answer the following research question: How does hyperjudicialization undermine the justice service offered by the judiciary? The main objective of the research is to demonstrate how hyperjudicialization impairs the services provided by the judiciary. The secondary objectives are to raise the state of art and to identify the disparities between the indirect and direct reality of a judicial unit. The methodology used was the literature review, analysis of indirect data contained in an official report and interviews with judicial managers. It is intended to collaborate with the scientific knowledge to the extent that it was possible to detect that excessive judicial access is a management problem and a disqualifying vector of the justice service. Future studies indicate comparative making between judicial systems that have filters to litigate in court and those that maintain free access. Judicial management studies and research on the possible impacts caused if free access were delimited in the Brazilian State.
