Análise de custos diretos: comparativo de um orçamento de unidade habitacional realizado com base no sistema nacional de pesquisa de custos e índices da construção civil – SINAPIsi e preços locais da praça de Barra do Garças/MT

Budgets are documents that aim to identify, quantify and find approximately the cost of the enterprise. In its execution are used several concepts that make the budgeting process a complex and slow exercise. Faced with this, it is necessary to have instruments that make budgeting a fast and efficient process. One of the instruments available is the National System for Costing and Indices of Civil Construction (SINAPI), which aims to provide the population with labor, equipment and civil construction costs. Costs are calculated for each state capital and in the Federal District, so that price differences between state capitals and interiors are not considered. Therefore, this work compared the direct costs obtained through SINAPI in January 2019 with direct costs collected with suppliers from the municipality of Barra do Garças / MT, based on a standard project. The direct cost of the work found through SINAPI was R $ 57284.24 and for the municipality was R $ 53035.57. The difference of these costs is only 7.42%, which indicated that the use of SINAPI is economically viable in works of the region. Much of the difference in these costs was due to the labor force, which had a reduction of about 30% in the cost of the municipality compared to that provided by the system. The materials, on the other hand, had a cost difference of only 9.14% in the final direct cost of the work, having its final higher price found in the municipality.
