In order to present the perception of Guarani and Kaiowá teachers about Guarani pedagogy from the reports of the Indigenous Knowledge at School/MEC/SECADI reports, the article is the result of reflections by the Research Group on Intercultural Education and Traditional Peoples/CNPq in the Graduate Program in Education at UCDB. Supported by indigenous and non-indigenous authors, the research showed that Guarani pedagogy is transmitted orally, has its own elements and modes that are passed on by different subjects; like the older ones, spread among the members and learned among the children themselves, they cover traditional knowledge, autonomy, strategy and experience.
