Resumo: This article describes and analyzes the Institutional Management Committee (COMFOR) creation, as well as the Programs and Actions organization and the execution supported by the Education Ministry, and developed by the Federal University of Mato Grosso- UFMT, through its COMFOR, along 2013 to 2016. The courses, offered mainly in a distance way, have provided permanent formation for more than thirty-six thousands professional of the Mato Grosso´s Public Basic Education. These trainings have contributed not only for methods and pedagogical tools actualization but also for pedagogical praxis thinking, aiming its improvement.

A oferta dos cursos, majoritariamente a distância, proporcionou formação continuada para mais de trinta e seis mil profissionais do magistério que atuam na Rede Pública de Educação Básica em todos os municípios do Estado de Mato Grosso.
