Resumo: In the National Agenda of Priorities in Health Research, the Ministry of Health highlights Axis 4 - Development of technologies and innovation in health and Axis 14 - Maternal and child health. Therefore, it calls on researchers, managers and health professionals to transpose the obstetric intervention model, through the implementation of horizontalized and participatory technologies in delivery and birth care. In the Brazilian context, the goal is to promote non-invasive technologies for qualifying management and attention to maternal and child health. Objectives: Build and validate a conceptual roadmap for the development of instructional technology to encourage the promotion of Golden Hour; and describe the construction and validation process of an instructional technology, in the audiovisual production modality of the documentary genre. Methodological path: This is a methodological and technological development study, developed in two stages, in order to meet the proposed objectives: 1) Methodological study that included the elaboration and validation of the conceptual roadmap, based on scientific evidence on the breastfeeding theme to promote the Golden hour, validated by experts in the field; 2) Technological development, in the documentary video production format, which was validated with the participation of 21 guests, including: 9 Obstetric Nurses from different health services; two pediatricians, one obstetrician, two professors and three students from a Master's course in Maternal and Child Health and four academics from a nursing course, members of a group of pregnant women. The study was carried out between March and October 2021. Results: The conceptual guide on the relevance of breastfeeding in the first hour of postnatal life was validated by experts with a Content Validity Index above 0.8. Specialists' considerations were based, in particular, on the relevance of the role of the multidisciplinary team in the context of timely breastfeeding; in the role of the obstetric nurse and in the qualification of prenatal care, among other specific adjustments. The documentary video was validated by 21 evaluators who, after appreciating the documentary in its entirety, answered an instrument organized into 15 items, from the analysis of the categories: Objectives, structure/appearance and relevance. Items related to structure/appearance were the ones that presented the most suggestions for change. The final version of the documentary video culminated in 30:33 minutes and it was thus titled “Golden Hour: Seed of Hope”. The documentary was approved with an index above 80%. Final considerations: A conceptual framework was developed and validated for the development of a documentary video to encourage the promotion of the Golden hour, which showed good reliability and will serve as didactic support for teaching and multidisciplinary health care, with a view to good practices in the newborn's first hour of life. The documentary video validated based on its objectives, structure/appearance and relevance was considered a promising educational resource both in the teaching and learning process of students in the health area, as well as in the process of continuing education in health. Its structure/appearance is capable of inducing critical reflection and promoting the redefinition of professional practice.

Submitted by Clarice Rosa Machado (clarice.machado@ufn.edu.br) on 2022-01-14T12:10:56Z No. of bitstreams: 3 DissertacaoLigiaFontella_Tede.pdf: 1116929 bytes, checksum: d174ba09bed89efe0faf32872c92d6e5 (MD5) ProdutoTécnico_LigiaTerraFontella.pdf: 1828978 bytes, checksum: c30620239bb9b38d6939a24f28bdb450 (MD5) license_rdf: 0 bytes, checksum: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2022-01-14T12:10:56Z (GMT).
