ENTREPRENEUR, DECIDE FOR THE FUTURE AND NAVIGATE IN UNCERTAIN SEAS: the world of work in textbooks on life of purpose

Resumo: | This article focuses on discussions about the world of work in textbooks of the National Material and Textbook Program (PNLD) aimed at Porpouse of Life. The objective is to characterize the ways in which didactic works present discussions about the term entrepreneurship. We understand that a life project is a set of goals, desires and dreams that are interconnected, indicating a previous path for the subjects to live – a kind of moral and strategic compass. The world of work is understood as the set of existing social relations between human beings, institutions and nature. We adopted an ontological conception of work, considering that work is the producer of our cultural and social relations. The nature of the research is qualitative, guided by Grounded Theory (GT) (TAROZZI, 2011; CHARMAZ, 2009). Entrepreneurship is very present in some textbooks as a background for acting in the world of work, either in the attitudinal conception of undertaking or with the incentive to create innovative and socially responsible businesses. In addition, social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills are strategies used by didactic works to convince the reader that undertaking is an excellent path to follow to tread experiences in the world of work. |

El objetivo es caracterizar las formas en que las obras didácticas presentan discusiones sobre el término emprendimiento. Entendemos que un proyecto de vida es un conjunto de metas, deseos y sueños que se interconectan, indicando un camino previo para que los sujetos vivan, una especie de brújula moral y estratégica. El mundo del trabajo se entiende como el conjunto de relaciones sociales existentes entre los seres humanos, las instituciones y la naturaleza. Adoptamos una concepción ontológica del trabajo, considerando que el trabajo es el productor de nuestras relaciones culturales y sociales. La naturaleza de la investigación es cualitativa, guiada por la Teoría Basada en Datos (TAROZZI, 2011; CHARMAZ, 2009). El emprendimiento está muy presente en algunas obras didacticas como marco de actuación en el mundo del trabajo, ya sea en la concepción actitudinal de emprender o con el incentivo a crear empresas innovadoras y socialmente responsables. Además, el emprendimiento social y las habilidades emprendedoras son estrategias utilizadas por las obras didácticas para convencer al lector de que emprender es un excelente camino a seguir para transitar experiencias en el mundo laboral.Este artigo tem como foco as discussões sobre mundo do trabalho em livros didáticos do Programa Nacional do Material e Livro Didático (PNLD) voltados para Projetos de Vida. O objetivo é caracterizar formas pelas quais as obras didáticas apresentam discussões sobre o termo empreendedorismo. Entendemos que um projeto de vida é um conjunto de metas, desejos e sonhos que são interligados, produzindo um caminho prévio para os sujeitos viverem – uma espécie de bússola moral e estratégica. O mundo do trabalho é entendido como o conjunto de relações sociais existentes entre seres humanos, instituições e a natureza. Adotamos uma concepção ontológica do trabalho, considerando que o trabalho é produtor de nossas relações culturais e sociais. A natureza da pesquisa é qualitativa, orientada pela Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados (TFD) (TAROZZI, 2011; CHARMAZ, 2009). O empreendedorismo se faz muito presente em algumas obras como pano de fundo para a atuação no mundo do trabalho, seja na concepção atitudinal de empreender ou com o incentivo de criação de negócios inovadores e socialmente responsáveis.
