ORGANIZATIONAL MEMORY PROCEDURES IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: ACTIONS THAT SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY.

Organizational Memory, as a Knowledge Management practice, consists of procedures for creating, registering, disseminating, sharing and reusing data, information and knowledge. Efficient, active and transparent Public Administration, favorable to aspects of Organizational Sustainability, is directly related to effective Knowledge Management practices in the organizational environment, evidencing the relationship of Organizational Memory procedures. The purpose of this article is to propose supporting actions for Organizational Sustainability with an emphasis on Organizational Memory procedures, using ISO 30401, in the Public Administration environment, based on the analysis of documents made available in the Electronic Diaries of the Courts of Auditors of the States of the southern region of Brazil. The methodology characterizes this as a mixed research of applied nature, descriptive-interpretive approach with data collection done through documentary research in the southern states. The results are quantitative data analyzed statistically and descriptively using a specific digital tool; Qualitative data were surveyed through Content Analysis based on categories found in the Systematic Literature Review and in the different retrieved documents. Obtaining as a result the framework of actions supporting organizational sustainability, considering the Organizational Memory procedures.  Keywords: Organizational Memory. Public administration.
