Resumo: | Objective: To analyze the knowledge production about the Health and Nursing care process. Methods: Systematic literature review and metasynthesis developed between March 2018 and November 2019, whose data source was the scientific production of Professor Lenilde Duarte de Sá, as informed in her Curriculum Lattes, at Lattes Plataform. Of the 74 articles that met the inclusion criteria, such as qualitative, complete studies, in Portuguese, English and/or Spanish, presenting in the title the descriptors care and/or Nursing care, and the keywords healthcare practices and/or healthcare management, conducted between 1995 and 2018, nine composed the empirical corpus after the performance of the Relevance Tests and the assessment of the methodological quality through the Critical Appraisal Checklist for Interpretive & Critical Research. The corpus was analyzed using the Thematic-Categorical Content Analysis. Results: The knowledge produced about the Health and Nursing care process points to the distance between the qualification process and healthcare practices; the weakening of the modes of production due to capitalism and the hegemony of the biomedical model of health focused on curing diseases; the challenges of healthcare management regarding the verticalization of health services and the possibilities and weaknesses of Primary Care that may result in evaluating healthcare practices. Final Thoughts: The social actors involved in care must expand and give new meanings to healthcare management considering the Primary Care model as the organizer and coordinator of the healthcare network in Health and Nursing. The use of metasynthesis in the analysis of health constructs, based on the scientific production of researchers in the field, is a groundbreaking and biased practice in both national and international literature. Implications for Nursing: The study contributes to the discussion of new propositions in Nursing qualification, management and care and in other fields of knowledge focused on integrality, ethics of alterity, and care humanization |

Método: Revisión sistemática de la literatura con metasíntesis, realizada entre marzo de 2018 y noviembre de 2019, utilizando como fuente de datos la producción científica cualitativa de la profesora Dra. Lenilde Duarte de Sá, la cual consta en el Currículo Lattes, de la Plataforma Lattes. De los 74 artículos que cumplieron con los siguientes criterios de inclusión: ser estudios de naturaleza cualitativa, publicados en su totalidad en los idiomas portugués, inglés y/o español, presentar en el título los descriptores “cuidado” y/o “cuidado de Enfermería” y en las palabras clave “prácticas del cuidado” y/o “gestión del cuidado”, y tener año de publicación entre 1995 y 2018; nueve formaron el corpus empírico tras la finalización de las pruebas de relevancia y la evaluación de calidad metodológica mediante Critical Appraisal Checklist for Interpretive & Critical Research. Se aplicó la técnica de análisis de contenido temático categorial en el corpus. Resultados: El conocimiento que se ha producido sobre el proceso del cuidado en Salud y Enfermería señala un alejamiento entre el proceso de formación y las prácticas de atención sanitaria; una debilidad de los modos de producción del cuidado debido al sistema de producción capitalista y la hegemonía del modelo biomédico de la atención centrado en curar la enfermedad; desafíos para la gestión del cuidado frente a la organización de los servicios de salud que tienden a una verticalización; y las capacidades y fragilidades de los atributos de la Atención Primaria que pueden o no dar lugar a prácticas valorativas de cuidado. Consideraciones finales: Los actores sociales involucrados en la producción del cuidado deben ampliar y resignificar la gestión del cuidado considerando el modelo de Atención Primaria como el ordenante y coordinador de la red de cuidados en Salud y Enfermería. El empleo de metasíntesis para el análisis de constructos en salud desde la producción científica de investigadores en el área es una práctica innovadora y tendenciosa en la literatura nacional e internacional. Analisou-se o corpus pela técnica de Análise de Conteúdo Temática-Categorial. Resultados: O conhecimento produzido sobre o processo de cuidar em Saúde e Enfermagem aponta o distanciamento entre o processo formativo e as práticas de atenção à saúde; a fragilização dos modos de produção do cuidado em decorrência do sistema capitalista de produção e da hegemonia do modelo biomédico de atenção centrado na cura da doença; os desafios para a gestão do cuidado frente a organização dos serviços de saúde que tendem a verticalização e; as potencialidades e fragilidades dos atributos da Atenção Primária que culminam, ou não, em práticas valorativas de cuidado. Considerações finais: Os atores sociais envolvidos na produção do cuidar devem ampliar e ressignificar a gerência do cuidado considerando o modelo de Atenção Primária como ordenador e coordenador da rede de cuidados em Saúde e Enfermagem. A utilização da metassíntese na análise de constructos em saúde a partir da produção científica de pesquisadores da área é uma prática inovadora e tendenciosa na literatura nacional e internacional.
