This work presents a Digital Object Learning (ODA) which uses automatic signal generation tools 3D through avatar, VLibras and WikiLibras for creation, signage and use of signs for teaching the Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) for learners listeners. Inserted in the context of new social demands inclusion of deaf person elapsed from the legal provisions, Law No. 10.436/02 and Decree No. 5,626/05, as well as new technologies for accessibility, the development of ODA presents conceptual, methodological notions and techniques for Informatics, Libras and Education, seeking to attend the learning needs of Libras through a tool that offers visual aspects, gestural and dynamic, own of sign languages. The research is methodologically developed under the Digital Video Laboratory (Lavid) through the organization of a multidisciplinary working group of web developers, project manager, graphic designer and educator. Thus, the defined programming language is Ruby and Rails. In the educational aspect, the teaching approach is social constructivism, which linking relations with the demands Libras language teaching through the communicative approach. The tool validation tests were applied in the Support for People with Disabilities Foundation (FUNAD) and the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) and had the adoption of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the data analysis model. The results show that the ODA received sufficient levels of acceptance by learners, make it possible to use in multiple environments that will facilitate and streamline the learning of Libras as well as the expansion possibilities and tool improvement in future work. As future work we intend to adapt the ODA also to teach Libras for deaf and add content, such as themes, stories, phrases and improve the graphic designer.
