A quantitative study on the predominant managerial profiles among civil servants of TRE-AC using the QUINN model

Resumo: In this research, the question is asked about which are the managerial profiles perceived as necessary for the execution of the functions of the Regional Electoral Court of Acre. The objective is to understand the predominant managerial profiles in the institution's employees. With that in mind, with little knowledge on the part of public organizations about the managerial skills necessary for the development of activities in the TRE-AC, the research problem arose, in which we sought to know the predominant managerial profiles of the TRE-AC servants. The approach is quantitative and a quantitative study with statistical analysis. The result achieved demonstrated the predominance of the roles of the collaborators as Innovator and Negotiator. Therefore, the public organization must use the mapping of the managerial competences of the collaborators for the development of the training in the function.

Objetiva-se compreender os perfis gerenciais predominantes nos colaboradores da instituição. Tendo isso, com o pouco conhecimento por parte das organizações públicas sobre as competências gerenciais necessárias para o desenvolvimento das atividades no TRE-AC, deu-se o problema da pesquisa onde se buscou saber os perfis gerenciais predominantes dos servidores do TRE-AC. A abordagem é quantitativa e um estudo quantitativo com análise estatística. O resultado alcançado demonstrou a predominância dos papéis dos colaboradores como Inovador e Negociador.
