A descentralização permitiu que as políticas públicas pudessem ser contextualizadas a cada realidade, garantindo que as especificidades sejam atendidas no sentido de universalizar a educação no país. Esta tarefa não é papel apenas do Estado, mas da comunidade escolar, e de toda a sociedade. Diante deste panorama, este estudo trata da política de educação inclusiva, tendo por objetivo avaliar a qualidade de sua implementação no IFPE - Campus Pesqueira no ano de 2017 e descrever seus resultados. Para obtenção deste intento, a estatística descritiva foi escolhida para o desenho de pesquisa, apoiada nos dados primários adquiridos por meio de entrevistas através dos burocratas de rua e públicoalvo, bem como nos dados secundários obtidos no setor de recursos humanos, registro escolar e de turnos. Como unidade de análise, foram empregados dispositivos legais e indicadores estabelecidos para o êxito dos objetivos delineados pela política estudada. Portanto, os principais resultados indicam de modo geral que a Instituição cumpre parcialmente as metas previstas na lei e que no processo de implementação desta política aferida através da análise de componentes principais e entrevistas com a gestão, equipe multidisciplinar, corpo docente e discente, há etapas aperfeiçoadas e outras que requerem melhorias, de acordo com a percepção destes. Foi concluído que a avaliação de implementação da política de educação inclusiva do IFPE – Campus Pesqueira é um instrumento capaz de visualizar as falhas, os ganhos e benefícios da implementação da educação inclusiva, sendo possível dessa forma, traçar um plano para melhorar a qualidade deste tipo específico de educação. E para tanto, foi disponibilizada neste trabalho uma Proposta de Intervenção para educação inclusiva do IFPE – Campus Pesqueira, com o objetivo de amenizar as dificuldades pertinentes à educação inclusiva, sendo fruto da extensa pesquisa realizada no âmbito do presente trabalho.Inclusive education is one of the instruments capable of fostering one of the fundamental rights granted to every citizen - education. Decentralization allowed public policies to be contextualized to each reality, ensuring that the specificities were met in order to universalize education in the country. This task is not only the role of the State, but of the school community, and of the whole society. Given this panorama, this study deals with the policy of inclusive education, aiming to evaluate the quality of its implementation in IFPE - Campus Pesqueira in the year 2017 and describe its results. To obtain this intent, the descriptive statistics was chosen for the research design, based on the primary data acquired through interviews with the street bureaucrats and target audience, as well as secondary data obtained in the human resources, school registry and of shifts. As a unit of analysis, legal devices and established indicators were used for the success of the objectives outlined by the policy studied. Therefore, the main results indicate in general that the Institution partially fulfills the goals set forth in the law and that the process of implementing this policy measured through the analysis of main components and interviews with management, multidisciplinary team, faculty and student, is that in their perception there are improved stages and others that require improvement. It was concluded that the implementation evaluation of the IFPE - Campus Pesqueira inclusive education policy is an instrument capable of visualizing the failures, gains and benefits of the implementation of inclusive education, thus making it possible to draw up a plan to improve the quality of this type education.
