The implementation of the BNCC in the Family Agricultural Schools of Piauí: The impacts on the pedagogical and curricular proposal

Resumo: This text aims to analyze the changes that have taken place in the curricular proposal of the Family Agricultural Schools of Piauí since the implementation of the National Curricular Base (BNCC) for High School, seeking to highlight the impacts of the curricular reform on the EFAs' training project. Based on the theoretical contributions of qualitative research, of a documentary nature, we analyzed the curricular references and documents that guided the process of implementing the BNCC in High School Integrated to Technical and Professional Education, focusing mainly on the study of curricular matrices used by the EFAs, before and after the implementation of the BNCC. We verified that the Escolas Famílias Movement managed to negotiate with the State Department of Education on a pattern that would guarantee the political and pedagogical principles of the Pedagogy of Alternation, however, there was a reduction in the workload of the school session of the curricular components, both in general and in on the technical side, evidencing a tendency of the BNCC to weaken the theoretical training of young people, to the detriment of an education proposal associated with practical activities and the development of skills and abilities related to the know-how, as a result of the neo-technical character of curricular reforms.

Con base en los aportes teóricos de la investigación cualitativa, de carácter documental, analizamos los referentes curriculares y de los documentos que orientaron el proceso de implementación de la BNCC en la Enseñanza Media Integrada a la Educación Técnica y Profesional, centrándonos principalmente en el estudio de las matrices curriculares utilizadas por las EFA, antes y después de la implementación de la BNCC. Verificamos que el Movimiento das Escuelas Familias logró negociar con el Departamento de Educación del Estado una matriz que garantizaría los principios políticos y pedagógicos de la Pedagogía de la Alternancia, sin embargo, hubo una reducción en la carga de trabajo de la sesión escolar de los componentes curriculares, tanto en general como en el aspecto técnico, comprobamos que el Movimiento de Escuelas de Familia logró negociar con la Secretaría de Educación del Estado una matriz que garantizara los principios políticos y pedagógicos de la Pedagogía de la Alternancia, sin embargo, hubo una reducción de la jornada escolar de los componentes curriculares, tanto en general como en el aspecto técnico, evidenciando una tendencia de la BNCC a debilitar la formación teórica de los jóvenes, en detrimento de una propuesta de educación asociada a actividades prácticas y al desarrollo de competencias y habilidades relacionadas con el saber hacer, como resultado del carácter neotécnico de las reformas  curriculares.Este texto tem o objetivo analisar as mudanças ocorridas na proposta curricular das Escolas Famílias Agrículas do Piauí a partir da implementação da Base Nacional Curricular (BNCC) do Ensino Méio, buscando evidenciar os impactos da reforma curricular no projeto de formação destas instituições de ensino. Com base nos aportes teóricos da pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho documental, fizemos uma análise dos referenciais curriculares e documentos que orientaram o processo de implementação da BNCC no Ensino Médio Integrado à Educação Técnica e Profissional, focando principlamente no estudo das matrizes curriculares utilizadas pelas EFAs, antes e após a implementação da BNCC.
