The BNCC and the DCNERER: Approximations and propositions for the work with the theme of Ethnic-Racial Education from Decolonial Pedagogy

Resumo: | This article aims to analyze how the proposals of the National Curriculum Guidelines for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations and for the Teaching of Afro-Brazilian and African History and Culture are considered in the context of the Common National Curriculum Base linking Decolonial Pedagogy as a possibility for the development of an Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations that considers African and Afro-Brazilian History and Culture in the early years of Elementary School. For this purpose, the literature review was considered to subsidize propositions having as theoretical references the authors of the Modernity/Coloniality Group. Although approximations between these documents appear superficially, the possibility of working with Decolonial Pedagogy is shown as an opportunity to guarantee the right to an Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations in an Afrodiasphoric perspective. |

Por lo tanto, la revisión de la literatura fue considerada para sustentar proposiciones que tienen como referentes teóricos a los autores del Grupo Modernidad/Colonialidad. Aunque superficialmente, fue posible observar aproximaciones entre estos documentos, lo que posibilita trabajar con la Pedagogía Decolonial, garantizando así el derecho a una Educación para las Relaciones Étnico-Raciales en una perspectiva afrodiaspórica.O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar como as propostas das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação das Relações Étnico-Raciais e para o Ensino de História e Cultura Afro-Brasileira e Africana estão consideradas no contexto da Base Nacional Comum Curricular atrelando a Pedagogia Decolonial à possibilidade para o desenvolvimento de uma Educação para as Relações Étnico-Raciais que considere a História e Cultura Africana e Afro-Brasileira nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Para tanto, a revisão da literatura foi considerada para subsidiar proposições, tendo como referenciais teóricos os autores e as autoras do Grupo Modernidade/Colonialidade.
