Structural Crisis and Education: BNCC and the construction of competencies for basic education

Resumo: The present work focuses on the BNCC and the construction of competencies in basic education within the context of the Structural Crisis of Capital. The objective is to analyze the guidelines of Competency-based Pedagogy in the BNCC as an expression of the profound crisis unfolding in all social complexes, including education. The basic methodological indications for this research are guided by historical-dialectical materialism, as the classic Marxist method is the path to reconstructing reality through critical thinking and exposition. We propose a theoretical, bibliographic, and documentary exposition through the analysis of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). The Structural Crisis of Capital is reflected in the interference of international organizations in defining educational policies and in the commodification of education. Competency-based Pedagogy, present in the BNCC, is a response to this crisis, aligned with fiscal austerity policies and coordinated by international organizations.

El objetivo es analizar las orientaciones de la Pedagogía de las competencias en la BNCC como expresión de manifestación de la profunda crisis que se desarrolla en todos los complejos sociales, incluido el educativo. Como indicaciones metodológicas básicas para la realización de esta investigación, nos guiaremos por el materialismo histórico-dialéctico, ya que el método del marxismo clásico es el camino para reconstruir lo real a través del pensamiento y la exposición crítica de ese propio real. Proponemos una exposición teórico-bibliográfica y documental, a través del análisis de la Base Nacional Común Curricular (BNCC). La Crisis Estructural del Capital se refleja en la interferencia de organismos internacionales en la definición de las políticas educativas y en la mercantilización de la educación. La Pedagogía de las Competencias, presente en la BNCC, es una respuesta a esta crisis, articulada con las políticas de austeridad fiscal y coordinada por los organismos internacionales.O presente trabalho versa sobre a BNCC e a construção das competências na educação básica no contexto da Crise Estrutural do Capital. O objetivo é analisar as orientações da Pedagogia das competências na BNCC como expressão de manifestação da profunda crise que se desdobra em todos os complexos sociais, inclusive o educacional. Como indicações metodológicas básicas para a realização desta pesquisa, guiar-nos-emos pelo materialismo histórico-dialético porque o método do marxismo clássico é o caminho da reconstrução do real por meio do pensamento e da exposição crítica desse próprio real. Propomos uma exposição teórico-bibliográfica e documental, por meio da análise da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC). A Crise Estrutural do Capital se reflete na interferência de organismos internacionais na definição das políticas educacionais e na mercantilização da educação.
