Interventive research-training with educators of international measurement in socio-education: What is the professionality?

Resumo: | This text deals with an investigation defended in the Professional Master's Degree in Youth and Adult Education (MPEJA), at the State University of Bahia. The objective was to understand the professionality of the educator of socio-educational measures based on interventional research-training, with the intention of enhancing professional practice, meeting the new demands of socio-education. It brings as a question: how do educators of socio-educational measure of the Community of Socio-Educational Assistance (CASE) - Salvador perceive their professionality in the face of the new demands of socio-education? This is a research of an interventional nature, based on the research-training methodology, using the Reflective Group of Biographical Mediation (GRMB) as a device, mixed with training themes related to the work activity of these educators. The locus of the investigation was the Socio-Educational Assistance Community of Salvador (CASE). In general terms, the research demonstrated that the professionality of the educator is under construction based on an intense awareness-raising process of being an educator and educator of adolescents in deprivation of liberty, considering that the experience in dealing with these adolescents gives meaning to the profession , as well as the political commitment between them, learning and socio-education itself. The daily work with all its educational, social and political challenges make these educators protagonists of their professionality in construction and reconstruction in order to be more, Freirean speaking. |

Este texto trata de una investigación defendida en el Máster Profesional en Educación de Jóvenes y Adultos (MPEJA), de la Universidad del Estado de Bahía. El objetivo fue comprender la profesionalidad del educador de medidas socioeducativas a partir de la formación-investigación intervencionista, con la intención de potenciar la práctica profesional, atendiendo a las nuevas demandas de la socioeducación. Trae como interrogante: ¿cómo perciben los educadores de la medida socioeducativa de la Comunidad de Asistencia Socioeducativa (CASE) - Salvador su profesionalidad frente a las nuevas exigencias de la socioeducación? Se trata de una investigación de carácter intervencionista, basada en la metodología de investigación-formación, utilizando como dispositivo el Grupo Reflexivo de Mediación Biográfica (GRMB), mezclado con temas formativos relacionados con la actividad laboral de estos educadores. El lugar de la investigación fue la Comunidad de Asistencia Socioeducativa de Salvador (CASE). En términos generales, la investigación demostró que la profesionalidad del educador está en construcción a partir de un intenso proceso de concientización de ser educador y educadora de adolescentes en privación de libertad, considerando que la experiencia en el trato con estos adolescentes da sentido a la profesión, así como el compromiso político entre ellos, el aprendizaje y la propia socio-educación. El trabajo cotidiano con todos sus desafíos educativos, sociales y políticos hacen de estos educadores protagonistas de su profesionalidad en la construcción y reconstrucción para ser más, freireanos.Este texto trata de uma investigação defendida no Mestrado Profissional em Educação de Jovens e Adultos (MPEJA), da Universidade do Estado da Bahia. Teve como objetivo compreender a profissionalidade da educadora e educador de medidas socioeducativas a partir da pesquisa-formação interventiva, na intenção de potencializar a prática profissional, atendendo às novas demandas da socioeducação. Traz como questão: de que maneira os educadores e educadoras de medida socioeducativa da Comunidade de Atendimento Socioeducativo (CASE) – Salvador percebem a sua profissionalidade diante das novas demandas da socioeducação? Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza interventiva, a partir da metodologia da pesquisa-formação, usando como dispositivo o Grupo Reflexivo de Mediação Biográfica (GRMB), mesclado com temas formativos relacionados a atividade de trabalho destes educadores. O locus da investigação foi a Comunidade de Atendimento Socioeducativo de Salvador (CASE). Em linhas gerais, a pesquisa demonstrou que a profissionalidade do educador e da educadora está em construção a partir de um intenso processo conscientizador do ser educadora e educador de adolescentes em privação de liberdade, considerando que a experiência no trato com esses adolescentes dá sentidos a profissão, bem como o compromisso político entre eles, a aprendizagem e a própria socioeducação.
