Sexual diversity: teacher's perspectives at rural school units at São Raimundo Nonato (Piauí, Brazil)

Resumo: Sexuality is a commonplace issue and the school this subject is part of the environment school, both in implicit and explicity forms. In this way, to discuss the affective-sexual relations in the alternative ways in the education is to seek understand how school deal with the sexual diversity theme at the knowledge construction. This research aims to analyze, at the rural education field, the aspects of sexual diversity subject in the finals years at primary school at rural schools in the municipality of São Raimundo Nonato-  Piauí and the relevance of this theme to the pedagogical practices. The technical process used was the survey method and to obtein the research data was made by the a on line mix questionnaire aplication, sent by e-mail, directed to the teachers. The results obtained evidenced that the educational institutions searched show a lack of actions directed to the sexual diversity issue and subjects related to the sexual education at school activities. In this context, is understood that both the sexual diversity teach and the suxuality universe are questions that could be inserted at the pedagogical practices, due to be according to the normative proposed to the basic education learnig, by relevance about the themes to the students school formation, as how the interest to the respondents by the sexual diversity theme during the process of the research.

De esta manera, discutir las relaciones afectivo-sexuales de formas alternativas en la educación es tratar de entender cómo la escuela aborda el tema de la diversidad sexual en la construcción del conocimiento. Esta investigación desear analizar, lo ámbito de la educación  rural, los aspectos de la tema diversidad sexual en el enseñanza fundamental – años finales, em las escuela del municipio de São Raimundo Nonato – Piauí y la relevancia de este tema para las prácticas pedagógicas. El proceso técnico utilizado fue la encuesta (survey) y para la obtención de los datos de la investigación se aplicó un cuestionario semiestructurado, enviado por correo electrónico, dirigido a los/las docentes. Los resultados obtenidos indican que las instituciones educativas estudiadas carecen de acciones dirigidas al tema de la diversidad sexual y temas relacionados con la educación sexual en las actividades escolares. En este contexto, se entiende que la enseñanza de la diversidad sexual y el universo de la sexualidad son temas que pueden incluirse en las prácticas pedagógicas, ya que están de acuerdo con la normativa propuesta para el aprendizaje en la educación básica, por la relevancia de los temas para la educación escolar de los/las estudiantes, así como por el interés de los/las encuestados/as por el tema de la diversidad sexual durante la investigación.A sexualidade é um assunto do cotidiano e na escola esta temática faz parte do convívio escolar, seja de forma implícita ou explícita. Assim, discutir as relações afetivo-sexuais de formas alternativas na educação é buscar compreender como a escola trata o tema da diversidade sexual na construção dos saberes. Esta pesquisa visa analisar, no âmbito da educação rural, os aspectos da temática diversidade sexual no Ensino Fundamental - anos finais, nas escolas do município de São Raimundo Nonato - Piauí e a pertinência deste tema para as práticas pedagógicas. O processo técnico utilizado foi o levantamento de campo (survey) e para a obtenção dos dados da pesquisa foi efetuada a aplicação de um questionário semiestruturado, enviado por mensagens de correio eletrônico, destinado aos professores/as. Os resultados obtidos apontam que as instituições educacionais estudadas apresentam uma carência de ações direcionadas para a temática diversidade sexual e assuntos relacionados a educação sexual nas atividades escolares.
