Resumo: | This text is the result of research-action-training on the training experiences of undergraduate students in the field of EJA based on the Pedagogical Residency Program, Pedagogy Center at the University Federal da Bahia. Additionally, the discussion based on the understanding of EJA as a right and teacher training as complex and multi-referential, straining conceptions limited to knowledge and know-how and proposing the expansion of training itineraries to also know-how. It discusses the construction of a teaching epistemology based on relationships, presenting significant engendered axes within the scope of the Program which remarked the pedagogical work carried out. Furthermore, it presents the training experiences highlighted by the undergraduate students as potentializers of a sensitive education, concluding that the simultaneous appropriation of curricular theories, the understanding of the educational phenomenon complexity and the experience of formative dynamics that encompass the inseparability between the sensitive and the intelligible, enhance a relevant teacher training into an inclusive and humanized pedagogical practice, which is considered essential to the subjects of EJA. |

Con una discusión situada en el entendimiento de la EJA como derecho y de la formación docente como compleja y multirreferencial, tensiona concepciones limitadas al saber y al saber-hacer y propone ampliación de los itinerarios formativos para, el saber-ser también. Discute sobre la construcción de una epistemología docente fundada en las relaciones, presentando ejes significativos engendrados en el ámbito del Programa que guió el trabajo pedagógico realizado. Presenta las experiencias formativas destacadas por los y las licenciandos/as como potenciadoras de una educación sensible, concluyendo que la apropiación simultanea de teorías curriculares, la comprensión de la complejidad del fenómeno educativo y la experimentación de dinámicas formativas que abarcan la indisociabilidad entre lo sensible y lo inteligible, potencian una formación docente relevante para una práctica pedagógica inclusiva y humanizada esencial a los sujetos de la EJA. Este texto resulta de uma pesquisa-formação que intencionou compreender experiências formativas de licenciandos/as, vivenciadas na Educação de Jovens e Adultos, a partir do Programa Residência Pedagógica, núcleo Pedagogia, da Universidade Federal da Bahia. Com discussão situada no entendimento da EJA como direito e na compreensão da formação docente como complexa e multirreferencial, tensiona concepções limitadas ao saber e ao saber-fazer e propõe ampliação dos itinerários formativos para contemplar, também, o saber-ser. Discorre sobre a construção de uma epistemologia docente fundada nas relações, apresentando eixos significantes engendrados no âmbito do Programa e que balizaram o trabalho pedagógico realizado.
