THE TRAJECTORIES OF PERIPHERAL YOUNG PEOPLE: POPULAR COURSES AND THE LIFE PROJECT

Resumo: This article aims to identify and socialize the potentiality and social impact of popular courses in the democratization of access to university education and, also, in the realization of the project of life of peripheral young people. Therefore, we sought to understand the process of training in basic education, the projection of the life project and entry into higher education... The research assumes a qualitative character when it is proposed to analyze the relationships from the social contexts explained in the narratives and perspectives of the collaborators. Nine subjects participated in the research that passed through popular courses and were willing to contribute with our reflections. The narratives reveal that the popular courses impact the lives of these subjects through the horizontality of teaching and the construction of sociocultural identities. The research indicates that the popular courses to contribute to mitigate the deficiencies of public basic education, have the potential to contribute effectively to students, whose life project is to enter higher education. However, denounces, also, the urgency of the need to improve public policies in basic education, seeking an improvement of public education, in order to train subjects able to make choices and enter higher education without depending on the popular courses.

Para ello se buscó comprender el proceso de formación en la educación básica, la proyección del proyecto de vida y el ingreso en la enseñanza superior... La investigación asume carácter cualitativo al proponerse analizar las relaciones a partir de los contextos sociales explicitados en las narrativas y en las perspectivas de los colaboradores. Participaron de la investigación nueve sujetos que pasaron por cursillos populares y se dispusieron a contribuir con nuestras reflexiones. Las narrativas desvelan que los cursillos populares impactan en la vida de esos sujetos a través de la horizontalidad de la enseñanza y de la construcción deidentidades socioculturales. La investigación señala que los cursillos populares al contribuir para mitigarlas deficiencias de la educación básica pública, presentan potencial de contribuir efectivamente con estudiantes, cuyo proyecto de vida es ingresar en la educación superior. Sin embargo, denuncia, también, la urgencia de la necesidad del perfeccionamiento de políticas públicas en la educación básica,buscando un perfeccionamiento de la educación pública, con el fin de formar sujetos capaces de tomar decisiones e ingresar en la enseñanza superior sin depender de los cursillos populares.O presente artigo objetiva identificar e socializar a potencialidade e impacto social dos cursinhos populares na democratização do acesso ao ensino universitário e, também, na concretização do projeto de vida de jovens periféricos. Para tanto buscou-se compreender o processo de formação na educação básica, a projeção do projeto de vida e o ingresso no ensino superior. A pesquisa assume caráter qualitativo ao se propor analisar as relações a partir dos contextos sociais explicitados nas narrativas e nas perspectivas dos colaboradores. Participaram da pesquisa nove sujeitos que passaram por cursinhos populares e se dispuseram contribuir com nossas reflexões. As narrativas desvelam que os cursinhospopulares impactam na vida desses sujeitos através da horizontalidade do ensino e da construção de identidades socioculturais. A pesquisa sinaliza que os cursinhos populares ao contribuírem para mitigar as deficiências da educação básica pública, apresentam potencial de contribuir efetivamente com estudantes, cujo projeto de vida é ingressar no ensino superior.
