Dossier presentation: Which curriculum is the BNCC?

Resumo: This dossier constitutes a convergence of works focused on the discussion of the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC, understanding it as a set of devices that seeks, through strong prescription, to materialize a homogenizing project for Brazilian education. Among the privileged focuses here is the opportunity to think about articulations that support the BNCC, its relations with other policies, such as teacher training, production of didactic materials, evaluation, as well as the participation of capital agents, which are are based on the premise of homogeneity as a means for equity and economic development. In this sense, the dossier invites invitations to broad conversations about contributions that are attentive to political articulations associated with agendas committed to the dissemination of ethical and moral values, of a certain standard of subject, of labor dedicated to meeting the demands of the world of work. Among the works, we also highlight those that understand that movements in favor of increasing curricular control are not configured as social equity actions and, even less, as democratic political decisions.

Entre los focos privilegiados aquí está la oportunidad de pensar las articulaciones que sostienen al BNCC, sus relaciones con otras políticas, como la formación docente, la producción de materiales didácticos, la evaluación, así como la participación de los agentes del capital, que se fundamentan en la premisa de la homogeneidad como medio para la equidad y el desarrollo económico. En ese sentido, el dossier invita a invitar a amplias conversaciones sobre aportes que estén atentos a articulaciones políticas asociadas a agendas comprometidas con la difusión de valores éticos y morales, de un determinado patrón de sujeto, de labor dedicada a atender las demandas del mundo de la trabajar. Entre los trabajos, también destacamos aquellos que entienden que los movimientos a favor de incrementar el control curricular no se configuran como acciones de equidad social y, menos aún, como decisiones políticas democráticas.Este dossiê se constitui em uma convergência de trabalhos voltados à discussão da Base Nacional Comum Curricular – BNCC, entendendo-a como um conjunto de dispositivos que busca, através de forte prescrição, concretizar um projeto homogeneizante para a educação brasileira. Dentre os enfoques privilegiados aqui está a oportunidade de pensar articulações que sustentam a BNCC, suas relações com outras políticas, tais como a de formação de professores, de produção de materiais didáticos, de avaliação, bem como a participação de agentes do capital, que se valem da premissa da homogeneidade como meio para a equidade e desenvolvimento econômico. Nesse sentido, o dossiê oportuniza convites a amplas conversas sobre contribuições atentas às articulações políticas associadas a agendas comprometidas com a difusão de valores éticos e morais, de determinado padrão de sujeito, de mão de obra voltada ao atendimento de demandas do mundo do trabalho.
