THE TRAINING PROCESS IN SPECIALTY FROM THE EXPERIENCE OF CONFRONTING THE FOREGROUND

Resumo: This study proposes a theoretical discussion, with the purpose to discuss the process of training inspecialty from the experience of confronting the foreground. The specialty requires the use of different skills, abilities andtalent. Understanding the phenomenon leads to accept the job as a moment of professional training capable of buildingknowledge-based schemes for the mobilization of knowledge and mechanisms of action, given the significance of individualand collective performance of the nursing in the specialty. Therefore the nurse is the essential person to the process, oncehis attitude will make all the difference to apprehend the foreground and the course of the phenomenon in detail. Theperson needs to identify himself with the job. The higher the significance of professional practice, the greater the satisfactionexperienced by the individual and, consequently, the higher the possibility of expansion of interdependence, as well as thepositive living considering its confrontation.

La especialidad requiere el uso dediferentes aptitudes, habilidades y talento. Comprender el fenómeno implica aceptar el trabajo como un espacio deformación profesional capaz de construir conocimiento, esquemas de movilización de los conocimientos y mecanismos deacción, en fase al significado individual y colectivo de la actuación de la enfermería en la especialidad. Por lo tanto, elenfermero es la persona esencial para el proceso, ya que su enfrentamiento hará total diferencia para la aprehensión de losconocimientos nuevos y el curso de este fenómeno en la especialidad. La persona tiene que identificarse con el trabajo.Cuanto mayor el significado de la actuación profesional, mayor será la satisfacción experimentada por el individuo y,consecuentemente, mayor la posibilidad de ampliación de la interdependencia, bien como vivencia positiva considerandosu enfrentamiento.Este estudo propõe uma reflexão teórica, tendo como objetivo: discutir o processo de formação na especialidadea partir da experiência do enfrentamento do conhecimento novo. A especialidade exige o uso de diferentes aptidões,habilidades e talento. Compreender o fenômeno implica em aceitar o trabalho como um espaço de formação profissionalcapaz de construir conhecimento, esquemas de mobilização dos conhecimentos e mecanismos de ação, em face aosignificado individual e coletivo da atuação de enfermagem na especialidade. Portanto, o enfermeiro é a pessoa essencialao processo, já que o seu enfrentamento fará total diferença para a apreensão dos conhecimentos novos e o curso dofenômeno na especialidade. A pessoa precisa se identificar com o trabalho.
