Resumo: RPG is a role-playing game where three or more players gather and imagine themselves in the most variable possible or impossible situations, following specific rules according to a chosen system, but having freedom in fantasizing, which allows the players to experience infinite possibilities. Thus, the research aimed to analyze the phenomena manifested in the act of playing by the phenomenological and gestalt biases, seeking to understand such manifestations as an exercise of subjectivation that enables growth. The research essentially had as epistemological basis Phenomenology and Gestalt-therapy. The methodology used to collect and analyze the data was the phenomenological investigation, which consists of three moments, the phenomenological reduction, the description of the internal vectors to the phenomenon and the phenomenological interpretation. And it has resulted in the unveiling of phenomena that enables growth through created fantasy.

And it has resulted in the unveiling of phenomena that enables growth through created fantasy. Resumen: El juego de rol es un juego de interpretación de papeles en el que tres o más jugadores se reúnen y se imaginan en las más variadas situaciones, posibles o imposibles, siguiendo reglas específicas de acuerdo con un sistema elegido, pero teniendo libertad para fantasear, lo que permite a los jugadores vivir posibilidades infinitas. Por lo tanto, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los fenómenos manifestados en el acto de jugar desde la perspectiva fenomenológica y gestáltica, buscando comprender dichas manifestaciones como un ejercicio de subjetivación que permite el crecimiento. La investigación se basó esencialmente en la Fenomenología y la Gestalt-terapia. La metodología utilizada para recopilar y analizar los datos fue la investigación fenomenológica, que consta de tres momentos: la reducción fenomenológica, la descripción de los vectores internos al fenómeno y la interpretación fenomenológica. Como resultado, se revelaron los fenómenos, fenómenos que permiten el crecimiento a través de la fantasía manifiesta.O RPG (role-playing game) é um jogo de interpretação de papéis, onde três ou mais jogadores se reúnem e se imaginam nas mais variáveis situações, possíveis ou impossíveis, seguindo regras específicas de acordo com um sistema escolhido, mas tendo liberdade no fantasiar permitindo a vivência de possibilidades infinitas por parte dos jogadores. Assim, a pesquisa visou analisar os fenômenos manifestados no ato de jogar, pelos vieses fenomenológicos e gestálticos, buscando compreender tais manifestações como um exercício de subjetivação que viabiliza crescimento. A pesquisa teve essencialmente como embasamento epistemológico a Fenomenologia e a Gestalt-terapia. A metodologia empregada para coleta e análise dos dados foi a investigação fenomenológica, que consiste em três momentos: a redução fenomenológica, a descrição dos vetores internos ao fenômeno e a interpretação fenomenológica.
