Defesa : Curitiba, 25/09/2020Inclui referências: p. 128-142Resumo: A presente pesquisa tem por objeto de estudo a História da Disciplina Escolar Ensino Religioso na cidade de Curitiba entre as décadas de 1970 e 1980. Assim, foi definido como problema, compreender a partir da publicação da Lei 5692/71, em nível nacional, como se deu a construção do Ensino Religioso nas escolas públicas municipais de Curitiba e como ocorreu a influência do cristianismo nesse processo. A hipótese é de que, a partir da criação de uma Associação Interconfessional de Educação (ASSINTEC), encabeçada pelo Movimento Ecumênico de Curitiba, as Igrejas Católicas e protestantes se mantiveram presentes na educação pública, em especial, na disciplina Ensino Religioso, em que o Cristianismo se mostrou a base da organização no período. Para isso, definimos como objetivo geral analisar a construção do Ensino Religioso como disciplina escolar e objetivos específicos: I) identificar os atores envolvidos na construção da Disciplina Escolar Ensino Religioso nas escolas públicas municipais de Curitiba; II) investigar os movimentos políticos, religiosos e educacionais envolvidos nesse processo; III) analisar os materiais de apoio ao professor, produzidos pela ASSINTEC nesse período; IV) verificar a permanência do Ensino Religioso na legislação e na prática escolar. Os conceitos de Disciplina Escolar e de Currículo que embasam esta dissertação são os definidos por Chervel (1990) e Goodson (2008), de cultura escolar definidos por Julia (2001), enquanto para a análise das fontes selecionadas, a referência escolhida foram os textos de Bloch (2001). As fontes consultadas durante a investigação foram: legislações referentes ao Ensino Religioso e à laicidade do Estado no período pesquisado, Planos Municipais da Educação, Diretrizes Curriculares e Currículos do Estado do Paraná e do Município de Curitiba, registros fotográficos de ações relacionadas à disciplina e à Associação Interconfessional de Educação, boletins informativos destinados aos professores da disciplina e materiais didáticos elaborados para o Ensino Religioso. Palavras-chave: ASSINTEC; Ensino Religioso; Escola Pública; Interconfessional; História das Disciplinas; História da Educação.Abstract: This research has as its object of study the History of Religious Education as a School Subject in the city of Curitiba between the 1970s and 1980s. Thus, the defined problem was to understand, from the publication of the Law 5692/71, at national level, how the construction of Religious Education took place in the municipal public schools of Curitiba and how Christianity influenced this process. The hypothesis is that, from the creation of an Interfaith Association of Education (known in Brazil by the Portuguese acronym, ASSINTEC), headed by the Ecumenical Movement of Curitiba, the Catholic and Protestant Churches remained present in public education, especially in the subject Religious Education, in which Christianity was the basis of the organization in the period. For this, we defined as a general objective to analyze the construction of Religious Education as a school subject and the specific objectives: I) to identify the actors involved in the construction of the Religious Education school subject in the municipal public schools of Curitiba; II) to investigate the political, religious and educational movements involved in this process; III) to analyze the teacher support materials, produced by ASSINTEC in that period; IV) to verify the permanence of Religious Education in school legislation and practice. The concepts of School Subject and Curriculum that underlie this dissertation are those defined by Chervel (1990) and Goodson (2008), of school culture are those defined by Julia (2001), and for the analysis of the selected sources, the texts of Bloch (2001) were chosen as reference. The sources consulted during the investigation were: legislation related to Religious Education and State secularism during the studied period, Municipal Education Plans, Curriculum Guidelines and Curricula of the State of Paraná and the Municipality of Curitiba, photographic records of actions related to the subject and to the Interfaith Association of Education, newsletters intended for teachers of the subject and didactic materials prepared for Religious Education.
