O enoturismo, um dos principais segmentos existentes no país, está se tornando cada vez mais visível devido à melhoria da infraestrutura, do marketing e pelo conhecimento internacional do vinho sul africano, tendo eles já ganhado diversos prêmios internacionais. Grande parte do atual progresso do segmento no país se dá a forma como a estrutura organizacional do enoturismo trabalha e está estruturada, focando no desenvolvimento da atividade, trabalhando como um grupo, mesmo que cada órgão participante tenha suas ações distintas. O problema da seguinte pesquisa é saber qual é a estrutura organizacional do enoturismo no Cabo Ocidental e qual a sua relevância no contexto do turismo da África do Sul. Para chegar a resposta do problema de pesquisa, o presente projeto apresenta como objetivo geral analisar a estrutura organizacional do enoturismo no Cabo Ocidental a fim de entender a relevância do segmento no contexto do turismo da África do Sul. Para isso, a pesquisa exploratório-descritiva teve como objetivos específicos: contextualizar o enoturismo no Cabo Ocidental na África do Sul; identificar os participantes da estrutura organizacional do enoturismo no país; diagnosticar a funcionalidade da estrutura organizacional no enoturismo no país e por fim, criar um curso de formação profissional para fornecer ao governo a fim de oferecer reconhecimento as agências e aprimorar as habilidades dos agentes de turismo na venda do enoturismo na África do Sul. Para a parte prática da pesquisa foram utilizados métodos como análise de dados coletados de fonte de dados secundários e também através do questionário formalizado pela autora e aplicada com pessoas que trabalham com o enoturismo em algumas das organizações presentes na estrutura organizacional do enoturismo. Com o final da pesquisa, constatou-se que o enoturismo na África do Sul é um segmento relevante em relação aos outros do país e que está em constante crescimento, apesar de ainda necessitar de alguns ajustes. A partir deste resultado, o curso aqui proposto, "WINEU" oferece aos agentes de viagens um maior conhecimento sobre o enoturismo na África do Sul, facilitando a venda para o turista devido a sua sapiência, causando, em longo prazo, um aumento dos números de turistas que visitam o país e praticam o segmento.Abstract : Famous mainly for its wildlife tourism (safaris), South Africa is a destination that is becoming increasingly well-known to the eyes of tourists seeking the most diverse tourist segments. Wine tourism, one of the main segments in the country, is becoming increasingly visible due to the improvement of infrastructure, marketing and international knowledge of South African wine, having already won several international awards. Much of the current progress of the segment in the country is due to the way the organizational structure of wine tourism works and is structured, focusing on the development of the activity, working as a group, even if each participating body has its own actions. The problem of the following research is to know what is the organizational structure of wine tourism in the Western Cape and what is its relevance in the context of South African tourism. To reach the answer of the research problem, the present project has as its general objective to analyze the structure of the Western Cape in order to understand the relevance of the segment in the South African tourism context. For this, the exploratory-descriptive research had as specific objectives: to contextualize the Western Cape in the South Africa; identify the participants of the organizational structure of wine tourism in the country; diagnose the functionality of the organizational structure for wine tourism in the country and, finally, create a vocational training course to provide the government with the purpose of providing agency recognition and enhancing the skills of tourism agents in the sale of wine tourism in South Africa. For the practical part of the research were used methods such as analysis of data collected from secondary data source and also through the questionnaire formalized by the author and applied to people who work with wine tourism in some of the organizations present in the organizational structure of wine tourism. With the end of the survey, it was found that wine tourism in South Africa is a relevant segment if compared to others in the country and is constantly growing, although it still needs some adjustments.
