CONSTRUCTION AND VALIDATION OF A SCALE OF THE IMPACT´S MEASUREMENT DEPTH OF A TRAINING IN THE DISTANCE IN THE PERFORMANCE IN AN ORGANIZATION OF THE BRAZILIAN BANKING SECTOR

Resumo: In the current global scenario, organizations have been planning and developing, continuously, training and learning´s actions among its members. Such actions are being used by organizations to ensure the continuous development considering the knowledge´s obsolescence, typical of the current scenario contemporary. The evaluation of the training is then being held in order to verify the effectiveness of such instrutionals actions. The most common levels of evaluation of training are reactions, support to learning transfer of learned and impact of training at work. This work presents the steps of validating of a scale of depth impact´s assessment of a training conducted at a distance, offered by the Corporative University of a national bank. The course´s aimed was to prepare the employee to examine and implement measures to prevent the laundering of money in bank´s situations. The data was performed at a distance, and has had a sample of 1.114 participants. All procedures psychometric analysis were adopted. As a result, the instrument has been validated, indicating two structures empirical equally valid, with two factors or just one. Both of structures have  counted with good psychometrical index. It is suggested, for future studies, the re-application of this instrument in other organizations that offer the same course examined, or even if they make the construction of similar scale of impact of training in depth from the steps presented in this article.

Tales acciones han sido utilizadas por las organizaciones a fin de garantizar el desarrollo continuo de los funcionarios, frente a la obsolescencia del conocimiento, típica del actual escenario contemporáneo. La evaluación de los entrenamientos ofrecidos ha sidorealizada, entonces,  con el objetivo de verificar la efectividad de tales acciones instruccionales. Los niveles más comunes de evaluación de la eficacia de los entrenamientos son reacciones, soporte al aprendizaje y al traspaso del aprendido e impacto de entrenamiento en el trabajo. Este trabajo presenta las etapas de validación de una escala de evaluación de impacto en profundidad de un entrenamiento realizado totalmente a la distancia, ofrecido por la universidad corporativa de una organización bancaria de ámbito nacional. El curso objetivaba preparar el empleado para analizar y aplicar medidas de prevención al blanqueo de dinero en situaciones bancarias. La colecta de dados fue realizada aparte, y contó con una muestra de 1.114 participantes. Todos los procedimientos de análisis psicométrico delos dados fueron adoptados. Como resultado, el instrumento fue validado, con indicación de dos estructuras empíricas igualmente válidas, bi y unifactorial. Ambas contaron con buenos índices psicométricos. Se sugiere, para estudios futuros, la reaplicación de este instrumento en el contexto de otras organizaciones que ofrezcan el mismo curso analizado, o aunque se efectúe la construcción de escalas similares de impacto de entrenamiento en profundidad a partir de los pasos delimitados en este artículo.No atual cenário globalizado, as organizações vêm planejando e desenvolvendo, continuamente, ações de capacitação e aprendizagem junto aos seus membros. Tais ações estão sendo utilizadas pelas organizações a fim de garantir o desenvolvimento contínuo dos funcionários, face à obsolescência do conhecimento, típica do atual cenário contemporâneo. A avaliação dos treinamentos oferecidos vem, então, sendo realizada com o objetivo de verificar a efetividade de tais ações instrucionais. Os níveis mais comuns de avaliação da eficácia dos treinamentos são reações, suporte à aprendizagem e à transferência do aprendido, e impacto de treinamento no trabalho. Este trabalho apresenta as etapas de validação de uma escala de avaliação de impacto em profundidade de um treinamento realizado totalmente à distância, oferecido pela universidade corporativa de uma organização bancária de âmbito nacional. O curso objetivava preparar o empregado para analisar e aplicar medidas de prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro em situações bancárias. A coleta de dados foi realizada à distância, e contou com uma amostra de 1.114 participantes. Todos os procedimentos de análise psicométrica dos dados foram adotados. Como resultado, o instrumento foi validado, com indicação de duas estruturas empíricas igualmente válidas, bi e unifatorial. Ambas contaram com bons índices psicométricos.
