Resumo: The present work is intended for identifying how the positioning of companies in different links of the textile and automotive supply chain in Goioerê and Curitiba respectively influences labour relation topics as well as the distribution of the blue-collar worker wage. In this context, is it attempted to characterize supply chains and labour relations by focusing on the transformation occurred over the last decades, and emphasize differences in different positioning in the supply chain. To analyze two supply chains, the methodology adopted is a multi-case. It is also considered a qualitative and descriptive-investigative study. The search results show that there is a considered variety of labour relation patterns, witch becomes the dichotomic labour relation standard restricted. It also show that in the first link of the textile supply chain – agriculture ones – the labour relations are little formal or non-existent. Instead, in the automotive supply chain it is verified that the production links hold flexible labour relation characteristics. In both supply chains, for the relation between position in different links and distribution wage, the highest wage averages are in the third link (end product assembly), while the primary links (before end product assembly) present lower wage averages.
