Resumo: Abuse, understood as the non-provisioning of fundamental rights, can affect workers’ life quality and undermine their professional environments. This assay discusses institutional abuse and its effects on the work environment, and makes some proposals as to how alleviate them by stimulating the members of the health interdisciplinary team to improve and acknowledge their potential to transform and improve a reality perceived as unhealthy. It is essential that the health team strengthens its relationships and knowledge, reduces uneasiness, makes its routine flexible, and assesses specificities. This will allow making proposals in partnership for the improvement of inter- and intrapersonal relationships in health institutions, eventually building solidarity.

El objetivo de este ensayo reflexivo es discutir tratamientos institucionales malvados y su repercusión en el ambiente del trabajo, para entonces proponer algunas maneras de mitigar los maltratos institucionales por medio de una movilización del personal interdisciplinario de la salud para mejorar y reconocer su potencial en la transformación y la mejora de la realidad, viviendo de una manera saludable. Es imprescindible que el personal de la salud intensifique sus relaciones, consolide su conocimiento y reduzca el malestar, disminuya sus rutinas y valorice sus posibilidades. De esta manera, se deben construir propuestas por asociación, buscando soluciones para mejorar las relaciones inter e intrapersonales en las instituciones de la salud, en aras de la convivencia amistosa y de la solidaridad.Os maus tratos entendidos como não provimento dos direitos fundamentais, podem afetar a qualidade de vida das pessoas e minar ambientes profissionais, atingindo os trabalhadores. Neste ensaio reflexivo, discutem-se os maus tratos institucionais e suas repercussões no ambiente de trabalho em saúde, sugerem-se maneiras de amenizá-los por meio de uma mobilização dos membros da equipe interdisciplinar de saúde, para aprimorarem e reconhecerem seus potenciais no processo de transformação e melhoria da realidade vivenciada de maneira não saudável. É imprescindível que a equipe de saúde fortifique suas relações e seus saberes, reduza o desconforto, flexibilize as rotinas e avalie as especificidades.
