Resumo: | This article discusses group practice as a tactic to promote learning in health education, and the concept of group and its implications on learning. What type of care is needed to develop health education strategies that will generate participation, exchange of experiences, and promote positive changes in the daily life of those involved. It is proposed that groups are a care alternative that needs to be included in the professional daily life, aiming at changing one-dimensional views of health care. |

It is proposed that groups are a care alternative that needs to be included in the professional daily life, aiming at changing one-dimensional views of health care.Este artículo nos lleva a pensar sobre prácticas de grupo como tácticas para promover el aprendizaje en el ámbito de la educación en salud. Se plantean algunas reflexiones acerca del concepto de grupo y sus implicaciones en el aprendizaje. La discusión recae sobre un tipo de asistencia en el sentido de desarrollar estrategias de educación en salud, generando la participación, los intercambios de experiencias y la promoción de cambios positivos en el día a día de la vivencia de los participantes. De este modo, los grupos representan una alternativa asistencial que necesita añadirse a la práctica cotidiana profesional buscando romper con perspectivas unidimensionales de atención a la salud.Este artigo nos remete a pensar sobre práticas de grupo como tática para promover o aprendizado no âmbito da educação em saúde, além de traçar algumas reflexões acerca do conceito de grupo e suas implicações na aprendizagem. A discussão recai sobre um tipo de assistência no sentido de desenvolver estratégias de educação em saúde, gerando a participação, trocas de experiências e promovendo mudanças positivas no cotidiano vivencial das pessoas envolvidas.
