Resumo: This study had the objective to report the experience of using pedagogic psychodrama as a teaching and learning strategy about the worker’s health. It was developed with 18 students from the Master Program from the School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto, during the second semester of 2002. Interactive, dynamic and interpersonal activities, and role playing were initially conducted looking for students and educator’s spontaneity. Moreno’s psychodramatic theory was the theorical framework used. Creativity, logical reasoning, involvement with learning, and organization of concepts using their own living experience were observed, contributing to the experience as a whole. Therefore, the experiment was considered successful.

Fue realizado con 18 alumnos de pos grado al nivel de master de la Escuela de Enfermagem de Ribeirão Preto/USP, durante el 2º semestre de 2002. Inicialmente se desarrolló actividades interactivas, dinámicas, interpersonales y juegos de papeles, buscando la espontaneidad de los alumnos y de los educadores/cordinadores. El referencial utilizado fue la teoría psicodramatica del Moreno. Los resultados demuestraran que ocurrió creatividad, raciocinio lógico, involucramento con el aprendizado, organización de conceptos utilizando las vivencias de cada uno, y así el todo puede ser construido.Este estudo teve como objetivo relatar a experiência da utilização do psicodrama pedagógico como uma estratégia de ensino/aprendizagem sobre a Saúde do Trabalhador. Foi realizado com 18 alunos da pós-graduação em nível de mestrado da Escola de Enfermagem de Ribeirão Preto/USP, durante o 2º semestre de 2002. Inicialmente desenvolveu-se atividades interativas, dinâmicas, interpessoais e jogos de papéis, buscando a espontaneidade dos alunos e dos educadores/coordenadores. O referencial utilizado foi a teoria psicodramática de Moreno.
