The nursing process on the daily lives of nursing students and nurses

Resumo: | The present study aims to be a contribution to the Nursing student and the nurse’s daily use of the Nursing process; the investigation method used was qualitative, applying semi-structured research tools; the data obtained were confronted with theoretical references and were put together in themes.The results show that the Nursing students and the nurses recognize the true value of the Nursing process, although they are not so sure about its practical use, and for them the Nursing schools should have the responsability of promoting discussions in order to establish the theoretical references that would support the Nursing process. In other words, the schools should define one or more Nursing Theories and/or Conceptual References and its following methodologic definitions to be used on teaching the Nursing process. |

In other words, the schools should define one or more Nursing Theories and/or Conceptual References and its following methodologic definitions to be used on teaching the Nursing process.El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo contribuir para la reflexión del Proceso de Enfermeria en el cotidiano de los académicos de Enfermeria y los enfermeros, el método de investigación tuvo un abordaje cualitativo con aplicacion de instrumentos de pesquisa semiestructurados, cuyos resultados fueron confrontados con el referencial teórico y agrupados en forma de temas. Los resultados demostraron que los académicos de Enfermeria, se encuentram inseguros, en cuanto a su aplicación práctica, correspondiendo a las Escuelas de Enfermeria la promoción de discutir con el intuito de determinar el referencial teórico que embazará el Proceso de Enfermeria, o sea, definición de una o más teorias de Enfermeria y / o el marco conceptual y posteriormente definir la metodologia a ser empleada en la enseñanza del Proceso de Enfermeria.O presente estudo tem como objetivo contribuir para a reflexão do Processo de Enfermagem no cotidiano dos acadêmicos de enfermagem e enfermeiros, sendo utilizado como método de investigação uma abordagem qualitativa, com aplicação de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, cujos resultados obtidos foram confrontados com o referencial teórico e agrupados na forma de temas.
