Education in health in the curriculum of a nursing course: learning for teaching.

Resumo: The education in health constitutes the role of the nurse in the different contexts of the work but in practice it has been observed that these actions not always are adequate. It is assumed that one of the causes is the scarce theoretical contribution of the teachers. The objective of this article is reflecting on how a graduation course of nursing has been approaching the health education with its pupils. It is a documental research being the data collected in the teaching plans of the nursing graduatin course. The analysis evidenced that the subject is not approached adequately in all of the disciplines, as it should be. The drawn conclusion is that the education of the nurse must broaden the theoretical information on the practices in health education

Se presupone que unas de las causas para eso es la escasa contribución teórica de los docentes. El objetivo de este artículo es reflexionar como un curso de graduación en enfermería viene abordando la educación en salud junto a sus alumnos. Es una pesquisa de documentos siendo los datos colectados en los planos de enseñanza de un curso de licenciatura en enfermería. El análises evidenció que el tema no es abordado adecuadamente en todas las disciplinas como debería. Se concluye que la formación del enfermero necesita de un soporte teórico más amplio que dé sustentación a las prácticas de educación en salud.A educação em saúde constitui papel do enfermeiro nos diferentes contextos de trabalho. Observa-se que essas ações nem sempre são adequadas. Pressupõe-se, como uma das causas para isso, o despreparo teórico dos profissionais. O objetivo deste artigo, é refletir como um curso de graduação em enfermagem vem abordando a educação em saúde junto a seus alunos. Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental sendo os dados coletados nos planos de ensino de um curso de bacharelado em enfermagem. A análise evidenciou que o tema não é abordado adequadamente em todas as disciplinas como deveria.
