Health concepts problematization through the theme of people´s governability

Resumo: To expand the understanding of health, an analysis of definitions by Horta (1979), by the VIII National Health Conference (1986) and by the World Health Organization (1946) was done. Similar elements of what was defined by Foucault as “pastoral power” were identified. Through Canguilhen and Dejours health definitions some subsidies are presented to allow a better understanding of health as a person´s own subject, giving alternatives that will make possible a rupture on the “pastoral power”.

Fueran constatados elementos comunes propioslo que fue denominado por Foucault de poder pastoral, como una de las posibles caras de gubernamentalidad de enfermería. A partir de las definiciones de salud de Dejours e de Canguilhem, se presentam subsidios que posibilitan un entendimiento de la salud como un asunto de las personas, apuntando alternativas que permitan la ruptura de un vinculo propio del poder pastoral, en una relación de pastor e rebaño.Para ampliar a compreensão do que é saúde, realizou-se uma análise dos conceitos de saúde da [Organização Mundial da Saúde (1946), VIII Conferência Nacional de Saúde (1986), Horta (1979)], constatando-se elementos comuns próprios do que foi denominado por Foucault de poder pastoral, como uma das possíveis faces da governabilidade da enfermagem.
