Composition of Basic Education Teachers Remuneration: implications of the PSPN with the creation of the Municipal Teaching Floor Law of Vigia de Nazaré/PA

Resumo: The article deals with the Composition of Remuneration of Basic Education Teachers in the city of Vigia de Nazaré/PA in the period from 2009 to 2022, in order to analyze possible implications from the implementation of the National Professional Salary Floor Law for Basic Education Teachers (Lei do Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional do Magistério da Educação Básica - PSPN/2008, in Brazil) and consequent Law of the Floor of the Professionals of the Basic Education Teaching of the Municipality of Vigia de Nazaré/PA (PPM/2017). As a methodology, a documentary study was used, based on the analysis of national and municipal legislation on the subject, among them: Law nº. 136, of April 16, 2012 (PCCR/2012), Law nº 11.738, of July 16 of 2008 (PSPN/2008), Law nº 284, of February 13, 2017 (PPM/2017) and teachers' paychecks. It was found that the salary of higher education teachers was higher than the PSPN in the years 2009 to 2018 and with the implementation of the PPM/2017, the process of flattening the salary was observed in relation to the PSPN, being even lower in the years of 2019 to 2022.

Como metodología se utilizó un estudio documental, a partir del análisis de la legislación nacional y municipal en la materia, entre ellas: Ley n° 136, de 16 de abril de 2012 (PCCR/2012); Ley n° 11.738, de 16 de julio de 2008 (PSPN/2008); Ley nº 284, de 13 de febrero de 2017 (PPM/2017); y salarios de los docentes. Se constató que el salario de los docentes de educación superior era superior al PSPN en los años 2009 a 2018 y con la implementación del PPM/2017 se observó el proceso de aplanamiento del salario con relación al PSPN, siendo aún menor en los años desde 2019 hasta 2022.O artigo trata da Composição da Remuneração de Professores da Educação Básica no Município de Vigia de Nazaré/PA no período de 2009 a 2022, a fim de analisar possíveis implicações a partir da implementação da Lei do Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional do Magistério da Educação Básica (PSPN/2008) e Lei do Piso dos Profissionais do Magistério da Educação Básica do Município de Vigia de Nazaré/PA (PPM/2017).
