Resumo: Este trabalho busca analisar o jogo de RPG em cartas Magic: The Gathering e suas relações com escrita ficcional e historiográfica da História. Para isso, foi utilizado de conceitos relacionados a várias áreas do conhecimento, como pedagogia, critica literária, filosofia e história. O objetivo era trazer reflexões sobre um de seus enredos e o período histórico ali retratado, bem como as relações de escrita e de desenvolvimento do jogo, analisando artigos da equipe de criação, um romance baseado no jogo e as ilustrações dos cards.

In this regard, it was used concepts related to many areas of knowledge, like pedagogy, literature criticism, filosophy and history.
