Education and the formation of the neoliberal subject: critical analysis of the discourse of the MBA Kids extracurricular school

Resumo: This article critically analyzes the neoliberal discourse that manifests itself in the proposal of the extracurricular school MBA Kids Brazil, from the statements present in its institutional website, and how these contribute to the formation of the neoliberal subject. It seeks to understand, inspired by Critical Discourse Analysis, the text, discursive practice and social practice, which are constituted in the discourses and the social context in which they are inserted. The results point to the transformation of education, formal or non-formal, into a product that acts in the formation of entrepreneurial subjects, based on a pedagogy of competencies.

Se busca comprender, inspirado en el Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ACD) de Norman Fairclough (2001), el texto, la práctica discursiva y la práctica social, que se constituyen en los discursos y el contexto social en el que se insertan. Los resultados apuntan a la transformación de la educación, formal o no formal, en un producto que actúa en la formación de sujetos emprendedores, a partir de una pedagogía de competencias.Este artigo analisa criticamente o discurso neoliberal que se manifesta na proposta da escola extracurricular MBA Kids Brasil, a partir dos enunciados presentes em seu site institucional, e de que forma estes contribuem para formação do sujeito neoliberal. Busca-se compreender, inspirado na Análise Crítica do Discurso, o texto, a prática discursiva e a prática social, que se constituem nos discursos e no contexto social em que se inserem.
