Resumo: I reflect in this essay, from an analytical work with the materials and modes of composition of the documentary O Fim do Sem Fim (Beto Magalhães, Cao Guimarães and Lucas Bambozzi, 2001), the question of the gesture as an element of documentary filmmaking. For this discussion of the effects of real, Jean-Louis Comolli’s expression, the french theoretical and filmmaker, achieved in assembling the film, passing reflections around the body, its everyday life and finally, its form, in what Giorgio Agamben calls for form-life. I point in O Fim do Sem Fim insertion of the everyday body, and its gestures and ways of doing in extinction, in the political sphere, through the writing of the film.

I point in O Fim do Sem Fim insertion of the everyday body, and its gestures and ways of doing in extinction, in the political sphere, through the writing of the film.Como reflejo de este ensayo, de un trabajo analítico con las materias y modos de composición de lo documental O Fim do Sem Fim (Beto Magalhães, Cao Guimarães y Lucas Bambozzi, 2001), la cuestión del gesto en el marco del cine documental. La discusión inicia a partir de los efectos de lo real, expresión de lo teórico y cineasta francés Jean-Louis Comolli, logrado en el montaje de la película, pasando por reflexiones sobre el cuerpo, su vida cotidiana y, en última instancia, su forma, en lo que Giorgio Agamben llama a forma de vida. Yo apunto en O Fim do Sem Fim, una inserción para el cuerpo cotidiano, así como sus gestos y formas de hacer en peligro de extinción en el ámbito político a través de la escritura de la película.Reflito neste ensaio, a partir da análise de O fim do sem fim (Beto Magalhães, Cao Guimarães e Lucas Bambozzi, 2001), a questão do gesto como elemento do cinema documentário. A discussão parte dos efeitos de real, expressão de Jean-Louis Comolli, alcançada na montagem do filme, perpassando reflexões em torno do corpo, sua cotidianidade e, por fim, sua forma, naquilo que Giorgio Agamben chamará de forma-de-vida. Aponto, em O fim do sem fim para uma inserção do corpo cotidiano, bem como seus gestos e modos de fazer em extinção, na esfera política por intermédio da escritura do filme.
