Resumo: The present article has as its objective to show some fundamental cultural aspects to achievement of demarcation of Indigenous Land Toldo Pinhal, located in the city of Seara, in the west of Santa Catarina State, south of Brazil, it reflects here the cultural identities elements that were added by the referred indigenous community in the struggle for the affirmation of the basic rights, as the access to the land and the maintenance of critical cultural traits of “being Kaingang”.

Utilizando una variedad de fuentes bibliográficas y audiovisuales, este artículo reflexiona sobre los elementos de identidad cultural que fueron activados por la comunidad indígena en la lucha por la afirmación de los derechos básicos, como el acceso a la tierra y el mantenimiento de rasgos culturales críticos para el mantenimiento de "Sé Kaingang". Así, los lugares de memoria distribuidos en el paisaje se presentan junto con otras actividades culturales, especialmente las semanas culturales.Cet article a pour objectif de présenter certains aspects culturels fondamentaux de la démarcation de la Terre autochtone Toldo Pinhal, située dans la municipalité de Seara, dans la région occidentale de Santa Catarina. À l'aide de diverses sources bibliographiques et audiovisuelles, cet article porte sur les éléments d'identité culturelle qui ont été déclenchés par la communauté autochtone dans la lutte pour l'affirmation de droits fondamentaux, tels que l'accès à la terre et le maintien de traits culturels essentiels au maintien de l'environnement. "Sois Kaingang". Ainsi, des lieux de mémoire répartis dans le paysage sont présentés avec d'autres activités culturelles, notamment les semaines culturelles.O presente artigo tem por objetivo apresentar alguns aspectos culturais fundamentais para a consecução da demarcação da Terra Indígena Toldo Pinhal, localizada no município de Seara, na região oeste de Santa Catarina. Utilizando-se de variadas fontes bibliográficas e audiovisuais, reflete-se aqui sobre os elementos identitários culturais que foram acionados pela referida comunidade indígena na luta pela afirmação de direitos básicos, como o acesso à terra e a manutenção de traços culturais críticos para a manutenção do “ser Kaingang”.
