A transversalidade do Boi de Reis no contexto da educação musical

Resumo: | The work described here focuses on the development of musical learning education, via the point of Culture Boivivo, applied on groups of boi de Kings of Rio Grande do Norte, which have their origin in oral tradition. The project was divided into two steps. The first step consisted in mapping of locations, using the method of participant observation and semi-structured interviews in order to meet the socio-cultural groups and worked on developing a methodology which best meets ox groups of Kings. The second step consisted in systematization, Division of subjects to be offered by the project and execution. In this sense, he was offered teaching music to two communities, who were they: Extremoz master with Dona Cecilia and the community of Matas-Ceará-Mirim, with master Luiz Chico. We develop the musical education classes, whereas the prior knowledge of brincantes in its socio -cultural leading the learner to broaden their world view and that he could take this learning throughout his life, as something relevant to meaning and value. These meetings/classes had a duration of six months in the two groups of Boi de Reis, totaling thirty meetings/classes in each group. I hope that this work will serve as a source of information for those who wish to develop some research on the subject. |

O projeto foi dividido em duas etapas. A primeira etapa consistiu no mapeamento das localidades, utilizando o método da observação participante e entrevistas semi-estruturadas a fim de conhecer a realidade sócio-cultural dos grupos trabalhados e no desenvolvimento de uma metodologia que melhor atendesse aos grupos de boi de reis. A segunda etapa, consistiu na sistematização, divisão das disciplinas a serem oferecidas pelo projeto e execução. Nesse sentido, foi oferecido o ensino de música para duas comunidades, que foram elas: Extremoz com a mestra Dona Cecília e a comunidade de Matas-Ceará-Mirim, com o mestre Luiz Chico. Desenvolvemos as aulas de educação musical, considerando o conhecimento prévio dos brincantes no seu contexto sócio -cultural levando o educando a ampliar sua visão de mundo e que ele pudesse levar esse aprendizado por toda sua vida, como algo relevante de significação e valor. Esses encontros/aulas tiveram a duração de seis meses nos dois grupos de Boi de Reis, totalizando trinta encontros/ aulas em cada grupo.
