Linguagem simbólica e cultural do Maracatu

Resumo: I understand the Maracatu as a way of recognizing thousands of meanings, using culture as a means of expression, reading and language and symbols as a way to express the true sense past by the African culture in Brazil, resignified today in many ways through dance, broadening horizons and confirming the cultural and symbolic universe involved as an essential source of knowledge. In this sense, we ask, what cultural and symbolic elements are highlighted in Maracatu ? Thus, we aimed to reflect on the symbolic and cultural language present in Maracatu from the meanings attributed to his characters and present contributions to the understanding of dance in the area of Physical Education. In this manner, this study uses the Qualitative Research, supported by the adoption of the phenomenological attitude of Merleau-Ponty, as philosophical movement centered on shared life experiences to other experiences. Highlight the phenomenological reduction as a way to achieve new meanings and cultural and symbolic meanings in the Maracatu. Therefore, I bring to compose the reflections of this study, knowledge symbolic and cultural present in the choreography of Maracatu presented by Parafolclórico UFRN Group in 2000, the show's debut titled Folguedos. As a research technique will be used the network of meanings, in order to enable us to approach the senses and meanings emanating from the phenomenon as a whole sources such as analysis and description of the videos, interview with some dancers who have experienced it with maracatu Parafolclórico Group. Think learning through cultural and symbolic universe from the dance in physical education is to create spaces of appropriation of knowledge produced by revelers, dancers or performers, making this meaningful learning.

Nesse sentido, indagamos, quais elementos culturais e simbólicos são evidenciados no Maracatu? Dessa forma, objetivamos refletir sobre a linguagem simbólica e cultural presente no Maracatu, a partir dos sentidos atribuídos a seus personagens e apresentar contribuições para ampliar o conhecimento da dança na área da Educação Física. Destarte, este estudo utiliza a Pesquisa Qualitativa, tendo como suporte a adoção da atitude fenomenológica de Merleau-Ponty, como corrente filosófica centrada nas experiências de vida compartilhada com outras experiências. Destaco a redução fenomenológica como direção para alcançar novos sentidos e significados culturais e simbólicos no Maracatu. Deste modo, trago para compor as reflexões deste estudo, o saber simbólico e cultural presente nas coreografias do Maracatu apresentada pelo Grupo Parafolclórico da UFRN em 2000, na estreia do espetáculo intitulado de Folguedos. Como técnica de pesquisa foi utilizada a rede de significados, no intuito de possibilitar-nos uma aproximação com os sentidos e significados que emanam do fenômeno no conjunto de fontes, como a análise e descrição dos vídeos, entrevista com alguns bailarinos que vivenciaram a experiência com o Maracatu do Grupo Parafolclórico.
