Livestock is one of the fastest growing agribusiness sectors in Brazil, especially industrial chicken production, with an annual growth rate of 3.0% (BRAZIL, 2016). The city of Santa Cruz / RN produces a large part of the chickens sold in the cities of Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte, through the integration system that exists between the local farmers and the company Guaraves. Therefore, it is the purpose of this study to measure the level of satisfaction of poultry farmers in Santa Cruz / RN in relation to the Guaraves company integration system. It is an exploratory-descriptive research, of quantitative nature, using questionnaires and observation technique for data collection. The following aspects were analyzed: company attendance, technical assistance, food and medication, and remuneration; as to the degree of satisfaction and importance, as well as to identify the profile of producers and their enterprises. With this, it was possible to identify that the highest degree of satisfaction of the members is related to technical assistance, food and medicines. The attendance of the company also showed a positive degree of satisfaction, while the remuneration obtained not very satisfactory results.
