Resumo: | Technology and its resources are factors that impulsion society’ schanges, unleashing for the education system the necessity for its competent use by the professor, especially in thei nitial years of Elementary School, according to promote an efficient and meaning ful pedagogical praxis for the teaching-learning process. The present monographic work aproaches about the teaching competences regarding to the technological resources use in the initial years of Elementary School, has as go altodescribe know ledge and the necessary skills for the teachers of the initial years actingwith competence regarding the technological resource uses. As to the methodological as pects, the researchis a field studyat the Escola Municipal Arnaldo Bezerra, located in Parelhas Town/RN, developed basingon nine-participant observation, about a teacher's 5th grade work with support in the bibliographic research. With the or etical authors contribution as: Perrenoud (2000), Libâneo (2011), Kenski (2012), Nascimento (2017), Nunes (2001), Alart (2012),amongo thers,that deals with the teacher's competences in the class room, the know ledgeand the teaching abilities, and the technological resource uses in the educational setting. It was verified that technological resources are indispensable to the teacher no wadays in hispedagogical practice, to mediate the teaching process, opportune the education professional many educational possibilities to innovate in the class room.It wasverified that, it'snecessary to the teacher, competences for using the seresources with skills and know ledge accordingtor eflect in the plannin gand,methodologie sadhered. Given this fact, it was verified through the made observations that the teacher needs to develop their competences to exercise a competent uses and relevant of technological resources in educational practicing. |

Especialmente nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, visando promover uma práxis pedagógica eficiente e significativa para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. O presente trabalho monográfico aborda as competências docentes quanto ao uso dos recursos tecnológicos nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, tendo como objetivo descrever os saberes e habilidades necessários para que os professores dos anos iniciais, atuem com competência quanto ao uso dos recursos tecnológicos. Quanto aos aspectos metodológicos, a investigação constitui-se em um estudo de campo na Escola Municipal Arnaldo Bezerra, localizada na cidade de Parelhas/RN, desenvolvido com base na observação não-participante, sobre o trabalho de uma professora do 5º ano com amparo na pesquisa bibliográfica. Com aporte teórico em autores como: Perrenoud (2000), Libâneo (2011), Kenski (2012), Nascimento (2017), Nunes (2001), Alart (2012), dentre outros que tratam sobre as competências do professor em sala de aula, os saberes e as habilidades docentes e o uso dos recursos tecnológicos no âmbito educacional. Constatou-se que os recursos tecnológicos são indispensáveis ao professor nos dias atuais em sua prática pedagógica, para mediar o processo de ensino oportunizando ao profissional da educação inúmeras possibilidades didáticas para inovar em sala de aula. Percebe-se que, é necessário ao professor competências para utilizar esses recursos com habilidades e saberes de forma a refletir no planejamento e metodologias aderidas.
