With the high complexity of markets, to have an organization that looks to the future, seeking to remain active and thriving full-time, to seize the opportunities and prevents it from potential threats, it is extremely necessary to the use of strategic planning. strategic planning is an efficient tool that examines the key issues of organization, since, to be inserted, consider an analysis of the external environment and internal environment and then deployed, provides a broad and general direction for the company to follow. it is through the use of strategic planning, the companies now have a sense of direction, focus the efforts of individuals who are part of this organization, orient their plans, decision making and evaluate the company's progress. The main objective of this research was to evaluate the use of strategic planning Facell Corporation, assists in their development and in their management .Were presented the steps for the formulation, implementation, evaluation and control of strategic planning in the course of this research. These steps were built based on planning models proposed by leading authors in the field. Through this research it became clear that Facell Corporation can significantly increase their performance and improve their management processes through the use of this tool. A proposed research was to analyze the strategic planning model adopted by the company and compare it to the models presented by leading scholars that depict the subject .
