Resumo: This paper aims to discuss about a problem that affects a lot of teachers and people involved with Education, the indiscipline. This subject emerged out of the need in getting to know better this problem and to understand the big role that the teacher exerts on the life of a child. The indiscipline makes life difficult for a lot of professionals and all people who are related to school, because it is a obstacle in the teacher education and the student learning. It is caused by several factors, whether they are inside of the school or outside class problems, having in mind the infinities of existent reasons it gets even harder to try to solve this problem that is so constant in the education institutions. Problems between parents, families, classmates and, also teachers. This way, because the teachers make part of the student education and to know that the same has the capability to change their behavior, this work will specially speak of the teacher-student relationship. A relation that may cause a child to act appropriately and respectfully, or a relation that makes this student become a person who is only present in school to disrupt the learning of their classmates and discourage the work of the educator. To this, a case study research – on which there was observed and registered facts on the classes of the two first years of Primary Education first phase, of a municipal school in the city of Jardim de Piranhas-RN – to find out if the teacher-student relationship affects or not the indiscipline, being perceptible that it does, and a lot of times the own teacher doesn’t realize this, however, there are too, other extern factors that make this indiscipline to be broadly developed and therefore the educator will have more difficulty in getting to solve this issue.

Este assunto surgiu de uma necessidade em conhecer melhor esse problema e compreender o grande papel que o professor exerce na vida de uma criança. A indisciplina dificulta a vida de muitos profissionais e todos que estão relacionados com a escola, pois é um empecilho no ensino do professor e na aprendizagem do aluno. É causada por diversos fatores, sejam eles dentro da escola ou problemas extraclasse. Tendo em vista as infinidades de motivos existentes, fica ainda mais difícil tentar solucionar esse problema tão constante nas instituições de ensino. São problemas entre pais, famílias, colegas e também professores. Dessa forma, pelo professor fazer parte da educação do aluno e saber que o mesmo tem a capacidade de mudar seu comportamento, este trabalho falará especialmente da relação professor-aluno. Uma relação que poderá fazer com que a criança aja de forma adequada e respeitosa, ou uma relação que faça com que este aluno se transforme em uma pessoa que só está presente na escola para atrapalhar a aprendizagem de seus colegas e desestimular o trabalho do educador.
