Clima organizacional à luz da escala ECO: o caso da J V CUNHA Distribuidora de Alimentos

Resumo: | In the face of a market that increasingly demands of its collaborator, it is necessary that, within the company of which it is part, there is a good organizational climate so that it can give the maximum of itself and, consequently, develop its work of the best possible way. The purpose of this paper is to identify the organizational climate of J V CUNHA Distributor Food in the light of ECO, where the company environment will be evaluated under the following five factors: Management and organization support, reward, physical comfort, control / pressure and cohesion among colleagues. For the development of this study, methods based on bibliographic research, field research and application of questionnaires with 72 employees were used, where twenty of them did not want to participate in the interview due to refusal or omission and fifteen did not know how to respond. At the end of the analysis of the Organizational Climate Scale (ECO), three of the five factors studied presented a good climate: management and organization support, physical comfort and cohesion among colleagues. The reward and control / pressure factors did not achieve the desired success, presenting, in some cases, a bad climate, but in general, indifferent. We also identified that the highest percentage related to company time is between one and five years, demonstrating that the company has a young staff, besides the gender, age and level of education. |

E o presente trabalho tem por objetivo identificar o clima organizacional da J V CUNHA Distribuidora de Alimentos à luz da ECO, sendo avaliado o ambiente da empresa sob o olhar de cinco fatores: Apoio da chefia e da organização, recompensa, conforto físico, controle/pressão e coesão entre colegas. Para o desenvolvimento desse estudo foram utilizados métodos baseados na pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa de campo e aplicação de questionários com 72 funcionários. Ao final da análise da Escala de Clima Organizacional (ECO), identificou-se que três dos cinco fatores estudados revelaram um bom clima: Apoio da chefia e da organização, conforto físico e coesão entre colegas. Os fatores de recompensa e de controle/pressão, em alguns quesitos, revelaram clima ruim, mas de modo geral, indiferentes.
