To reflect educational formation has been increasing necessary to find effective ways to improve the quality of teaching on Undergraduate and basic education. Because of the social transformations in the last decades, the teacher’s function has increased, and they saw themselves obligated to carry out more complex roles to act in the schools. This monograph discuss the subject of teacher training in music, developed through the survey and reflections about some benchmarks that guide research on teacher training in music education and various authors who talk about this topic. Therefore, this paper discusses the concepts and characteristics of studies on teaching profession, we present a short survey made with some degree students in music at UFRN and we showed doubts and fears that students in training could get, in relate to not feel with proactive approach to deal possible situations that they may find with their students and the possibilities of resources you can use to make their tuition interactive and full of contents and knowledge, in addiction develop individual increasing.
