Resumo: | The learning of oral and written language is one of the most important elements to facilitate our communication with the environment in which we are inserted. Nowadays, children relate to written language, perceiving their use, characteristics and modalities, sometimes even long before they begin school. Working with language is one of the basic axes in early childhood education, because of its importance for the formation of the person, for interaction with other people, for the construction of different knowledge and for the development of thought. A bibliographical research on the subject was carried out, based on authors such as Vygotsky (2001), Bakhtin (1992), among others, as well as official documents such as RCNEI (BRAZIL, 1998), BNCC (BRAZIL, 2018) and DCNEI (BRAZIL, 2009). Thus, this article aims to analyze the issues that involve the teaching of oral and written language in the classrooms of Early Childhood Education, its importance in the process of teaching and learning of young children, and also discuss some pedagogical practices about this theme. The results obtained according to this research show the importance of working oral and written language in the classroom. It was noticed that this practice should be focused on children's interests, so it respects the individuality and the learning time of each one, focusing in developing activities that arouse their interest and curiosity, also introducing games, since in Early Childhood Education, it is considered one of the main activity of daily school life. It is concluded that the learning of oral and written language is of great importance for the integral development of children, because from it, it is possible that they expand their possibilities of inclusion and participation in different social practices. |

Nos dias de hoje, as crianças se relacionam com a linguagem escrita, percebendo sua utilização, características e modalidades, às vezes até muito antes de ingressar na escola. O trabalho com a linguagem se constitui em um dos eixos básicos na educação infantil, devido a sua importância para a formação do sujeito, para a interação com as outras pessoas, na construção de diversos conhecimentos e no desenvolvimento do pensamento. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema, com base em autores como Vygotsky (2001), Bakhtin (1992), entre outros e também documentos oficiais como RCNEI (BRASIL, 1998), BNCC (BRASIL, 2018), DCNEI (BRASIL, 2009). Dessa forma, este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as questões que envolvem o ensino da linguagem oral e escrita nas salas de aula da Educação Infantil, qual a sua importância no processo de ensino e aprendizagem das crianças pequenas, e também discutir algumas práticas pedagógicas voltadas para esse tema. Os resultados obtidos de acordo com essa pesquisa mostram a importância de se trabalhar a linguagem oral e escrita em sala de aula. Percebeu-se que essa prática deve ser voltada para o interesse das crianças, de forma que respeite a individualidade e o tempo de aprendizagem de cada uma, se preocupando em desenvolver atividades que despertem o interesse e a curiosidade delas, introduzindo também a brincadeira, já que na Educação Infantil, é considerada como a principal atividade do cotidiano escolar.
