Tratamento de rizogênese incompleta pela técnica de revascularização pulpar

Resumo: The incomplete root formation is understooded as the stoppage in the root formation, which can be resulted from a trauma or caries progression. In this way, this study aimed to restore the root development in teeth without vitality and with incomplete root formation, by the pulp revascularization technique protocol. it was used the sodium hypochlorite as irrigant and as intracanal medication the triple antibiotic paste composed of ciprofloxacin, metronidazole and amoxicillin. The analysis of cases was made from the descriptive statistics. As result was obtained the regression of the periapical lesions, and pain symptoms, also the increase of root walls thickness, apical opening decrease, lamina dura delineation and coronary darkening. This way, it could be concluded that the amoxicillin was successful in the performed cases, not promoting coronary browning, this being possibly attributable to the use of MTA. In the same way, the clot induction is one of the predetermining factors for de new tissue formation.

Desta forma, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo restabelecer o desenvolvimento da raiz em dentes sem vitalidade e que apresentam rizogênese incompleta, através do protocolo da técnica de revascularização pulpar. Foi utilizado como irrigante o hipoclorito de sódio e como medicação intracanal a pasta tripla antibiótica composta por ciprofloxacina, metronidazol e a amoxicilina. Foi feita a análise dos casos a partir da estatística descritiva. Assim, obteve-se como resultado, a regressão das lesões periapicais e da sintomatologia dolorosa, além do aumento da espessura das paredes radiculares, diminuição da abertura apical, delineamento da lâmina dura e escurecimento coronário. Dessa forma, pôde-se concluir que a amoxicilina obteve sucesso nos casos executados, além da mesma não promover o escurecimento coronário, sendo este, possivelmente atribuído ao uso do MTA.
