Resumo: | This dissertation aims to examine the difficulties encountered in teaching and learning of the contents of spatial geometry in high school.In this regard, it will be presented an applied research in two classes of the 3rd year, a modality of the EYA CIEP 168 Hilda Rodrigues Silveira, located in Nova Igua?u, Rio de Janeiro. This research consists in evaluating two methods of spatial geometry approach: class in 3002 in a concrete manner with the use of geometric solids, software and lesson plans; class in 3003 in the traditional, manner with the theory on the board, explanation and exercises. At the beginning of the quarter, before the classes, a pre-test was applied, equal for both groups, and at the end of two months, after classes,it was applied the same post-test, for both groups. Finally the results presented by the students in these assessments were compared, in order to assess the teaching methods and conclude which of the two methods we have obtained a better understanding and retention of important concepts. |

Para isso, ser? apresentada uma pesquisa aplicada em duas turmas do 3? ano, modalidade EJA do CIEP 168 Hilda Silveira Rodrigues, localizado em Nova Igua?u, Rio de Janeiro. Tal pesquisa consiste em avaliar dois m?todos de abordagem da geometria espacial: na turma 3002 de forma concreta com a utiliza??o de s?lidos geom?tricos, software e planifica??es; na turma 3003 de forma tradicional, com a teoria no quadro, explica??o e exerc?cios de fixa??o. No in?cio do bimestre, antes das aulas, foi aplicado um pr?-teste, igual para ambas as turmas, e ao final do bimestre, ap?s as aulas, foi aplicado um p?s-teste, igual para as duas turmas.
