O MUNICÍPIO COMO PESSOA DE DIREITO CONSTITUCIONAL POLÍTICOResumo: Este artigo se propõe a estudar alguns fundamentos que atestam o Município como pessoa de direito constitucional político. Para isso, estuda fundamentos filosóficos para entender a força dos princípios da Federação e da República e fundamentos de teoria legislativa para entender a importância da lei municipal frente a leis estaduais e da União. Depois, estuda fundamentos de direito constitucional político para entender o papel dos Municípios e fundamentos de história política para entender as origens dos Municípios no Brasil. Por fim, faz uma breve análise da atividade financeira do Estado, em busca de fundamentos de direito fiscal para entender as fontes de receita dos Municípios.Palavras-chaves: Município. Cidadania.THE MUNICIPALITY AS A PERSON OF POLITICAL CONSTITUTIONAL LAWAbstract: This article proposes to study some foundations that testify to the Municipality as a person constitutional political right. To this end, he studies philosophical foundations to understand the strength of the principles of the Federation and the Republic and the fundamentals of legislative theory to understand the importance of municipal law in the face of state and Union laws. Later, he studies fundamentals of constitutional political law to understand the role of Municipalities and foundations of political history to understand the origins of the Municipalities in Brazil. Finally, it makes a brief analysis of the financial activity of the State, in search of foundations of fiscal law to understand the sources of revenue of the Municipalities.Keywords: Municipality.
