This experience report intends to approach the sensations of movements aimed at particular experiences in relation to the musical style. We have the following guiding question: It is possible, from a pre-established choreographic composition, to create something new and totally different from the standardized choreography. Thus, this work aims to describe an artistic experience about the body in movement arising from my experience in practice with the musical genre of K-pop and to verify how this musicality starting from this genre can provoke new organizations in the body for a choreographic composition. , elaborated from stimuli and investigations about improvisation and composition and to drawabriefhistorical contextualization about K-pop. As a form of record, a logbook was used. The methodology used was an experience report resulting from a reflection that integrates the theoretical construction and the experiences experienced during 22 laboratories using improvisations. This research is justifiedbystartinga study in Aracaju -Se, about the creation in dance from the musical genre K-pop, at the same time that it spreads this art, since K-pop is still a very recent phenomenon. worldwide. The possibility of a reorganization in a different way from the pre-established choreography is in fact difficult at the beginning, there may be greatas sociations with the original choreography already done, but with improvisation laboratories it is possible to create a new reorganization start in gfromthesensations,themusicalityandthemovement,thusachievingnewideasusing the creativity and musicality used, following its stimuli and investigations, being able to revisit its particularity and each specificity in new processes in dance composition.
